		<description>I always say the main thing to remember about partnerships is that they should always be equal. Give too much to one party and it&#039;s not a partnership, it&#039;s a following.

And in business, professional over friendly is key - if you need to break a partnership, it&#039;s easier to do so with a colleague than a friend.

Of course, our partnership is waayyyyy different! ;-)

It is indeed interesting how one might theorize it would be a platform for cut-throat competition, but it seems to be evolving as one more focused on collaboration. Perhaps it&#039;s based on the transparency that is emerging around relationships? After all, if you treat someone badly now, watch out...

Anyways, posted a follow-up building on yesterday&#039;s discussion. Would love to hear some more feedback.
