		<description>I am with you on that Suze!  I can count the great teachers on 1 hand, too many default to spewing the facts and not getting involved.  I deeply believe a teacher should bring out the best in each student and be able to deliver in all learning styles, not just 1 and maybe a little of the others.

Reading your post puts you at the front of the room with your arsenal of tools to share with your students, and letting them experience your knowledge is what engages them, and learn better and faster with enthusiasm.

Now... if we could just that that in to the School Boards that would be awesome.
