I'm grateful for my partner Cathy. I'm grateful that I can play guitar well enough to approximate some of the wonderful music I've heard. I'm grateful for the sound and the sensation of one of our cats purring on my lap. I'm grateful for my iPod. I'm grateful for my friends. I'm grateful for being lucky enough to be born and live in Canada. I'm grateful for my family. I'm grateful for the taste of good Scotch. I'm grateful for what I have, whether or not I deserve it.
